1. Introduction
At Envie, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refunds and returns policy is here to help. Below are the steps, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers can return their purchased items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Earrings and custom-made items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons and personalization, respectively.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
